I had to open a case to get a refund because I didn’t receive the item and the seller never responded to ANY of my messages/concerns.

If there were zero stars I would have given none. I really wanted the item but the seller never answered my emails. Complete lack of communication. And then I was just refunded, I wanted the pin not a refund. Do not buy from this seller!!!!!

i love this product it came just like the picture it’s adorable! It took forever to get here which is not at all the sellers fault but more usps and the crazy holiday mail. I would 10/10 recommend this store! I also asked about my package and they responded quickly with very helpful information! :)
